Probably, but worth noting that the Syrian Air Force has been re-supplied with parts and munitions by the Russian’s recently so some of these videos might well be from Syrian jets.
Lets not forget that the US and its allies are still active in the air also, the video in the first link below demonstrates this. The second link shows locations of recent Russian activity, a very detailed blog.
The video of Kafr Nabl posted today may well be Russian as claimed because it occurred in an area that US and coalition forces do not appear to be active due to Kafr Nabl being in or near Syrian Arab Army controlled territory.
Probably best to wait for Russian central command to confirm their strike locations before assuming every airstrike posted up claiming to be Russian is actually Russian.
