Intelligence agencies allegedly think Abu Usamah al Masri planned the downing of the Russian Airbus A321 passenger jet over Egypt

The first image is taken from another video by Jamā’at Anṣār Bayt al-Maqdis from 2014 although it is not confirmed who the individual is.
